Dr. Giulio Preta Institute of Biochemistry Vilnius University

Title: Targeting lipid rafts as a strategy against infection and cancer. Brief biography: Giulio Preta is a senior researcher at Department of Biochemistry, Vilnius University, Lithuania. He got a PhD in Experimental Oncology at University of Ferrara in Italy and worked as postdoctoral fellow at Karolinska Institute in Sweden and Swansea University in United Kingdom. He is currently one of the main investigator in the EMBL partnership program for genome editing technology.​
